- Check connected devices
To check connected devices using Fastboot mode to the computer you will have to use the following commands. This will give you the list of the connected devices. If you arent seeing your device then you haven’t installed fastboot driver properly.
- Check your device bootloader Status
Want to the bootloader of the android phone is locked or unlocked? Just type this command and hit enter button to check exact status of the bootlaoder

- Unlock Bootloader using Fastboot Mode.
Want to unlock bootloader? You can use fastboot oem unlock command to unlock the bootloader. Please note that the bootloader unlocking process varies according vendor & as per the device.
To re-lock bootlaoder after unlocking, use the following command.
- Installing Recovery using Fastboot Mode
First, you will need to download twrp recovery or any custom recovery of your device & place it in the folder where you will start Command Window. Also, make sure that you have unlocked bootlaoder of the phone. Just rename the downloaded recovery into recovery.img or use the name of the recovery in the command.
- Formatting Partitions using Fastboot
You can format any partition of the system using the command given below. Just use the name of the partition in the command to format that particular partition.
